The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, providing administrative support, managing office equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies and equipment, answering phones, handling mail. The Office Manager will also assist with client inquiries and serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.QualificationsCommunication and Customer Service skillsAdministrative Assistance and Office Administration skillsProficiency with Office Equipment and technologyStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience in a legal or professional office setting a plusBachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
