As a Field Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of Service Technicians. You will deliver an impeccable service experience to each Climate Pros customer while preparing your assigned team to meet the needs of our customers and beyond. Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnician ***** Provide technical support for assigned technicians and their territoriesTrain newly hired technicians in the fieldWork closely with staff and field technicians to promote safety initiatives, quality control and training to ensure safety protocols are implemented and enforcedMentor assigned technicians; provide continuing education and trainingTeam Management & ***** Maintain communication with the team, providing feedback, guidance, training and encouragement to impact resultsWork closely with dispatch team to drive efficiently and productivityPerform random periodic checks of assigned techniciansManage technicians performance reviews, timecards, PTO and on-callCustomer ***** Resolve all customer callbacks for assigned areasProvide exceptional support to both internal and external customersPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Work is performed in a normal office environment. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, hear, see and talk.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Light to moderate lifting may be required.All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
