Our mission is to transform the lives of patients by advancing the standard of care through innovation, clinical evidence, education, and advocacy.We are seeking a Senior Clinical Marketing Manager who will play a key role in building and scaling our marketing function, with an emphasis on clinical messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and tactical execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll take ownership of the Promotional Materials Review (PMR) process and lead the development of clinical and educational content to support our commercial portfolio. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create effective campaigns targeting both healthcare providers and patients.You'll also contribute to website management, support digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, regulatory, and medical affairs to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the PMR process, ensuring all materials meet internal standards and regulatory requirementsDevelop clinically accurate, engaging content based on current scientific literature and product claimsSupport the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, and digital mediaUse data and analytics tools to identify trends and inform marketing decisionsCollaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assetsWork closely with the sales team to develop content that aligns with field needs and business goalsEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all content and channelsMaintain adherence to relevant industry standards and quality systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industryStrong experience in downstream marketing, particularly in creating clinical content for healthcare professionalsFamiliarity with promotional review processes and regulatory complianceDemonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and data analytics tools (e.g., MedScout, AcuityMD)Experience supporting a field sales organization a plusIdeal AttributesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesCollaborative mindset with a focus on results and executionStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR) is a plusAdditional NotesThis is a hybrid role. In-office presence is required Tuesday through Thursday. Remote candidates will not be considered.
