Role and Responsibilities (On-site):Customer Service Representatives at Camber are essential team members who coordinate logistics and order requirements between customers and internal stakeholders.Data **Set up and manage direct customer profilesAllocate and provide orders for the warehouseCompile Sales Report from the data system and Supply Chain updatesMaintain customer *Confirm that orders are receivedProvide order and item statusAnswer phone calls and know how to direct inquiries accordinglyInternal * Assist Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Regulatory team effortsAdditional *Maintain **** Look for opportunities to sell partials, overstocks, and short-dated products when applicable.Return Authorizations and CreditsMonitor shipping company inquiries and notificationsProcess shortage/overage/damage claims from customers and the Customer Claims Dept.Patient ***** Forward to the quality team and follow up when necessary*****Be willing to learn, grow, and multitask in a fast-paced environmentHave strong computer skills within MS Office; Excel, Word, and SAP is a plusAbility to analyze data/inventoryDemonstrated ability to communicate needs and recommendations diplomatically.Demonstrated a proactive style that ensures the completion of projects despite obstacles.Actively seek to utilize a "Collaborative Team Approach" in all situations.Strong written and verbal communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and team members.College Degree and Industry knowledge of Generic PharmaceuticalsFull-time, in-office position.
