Join us in our mission to make disability care management more accessible, efficient, and effective.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will work closely with department leaders to assess training needs, develop instructional materials, and deliver effective training in both in-person and virtual formats. The Learning Coordinator will be enthusiastic and detail-oriented, they will administer training programs that support the development of employee skills, compliance knowledge, and organizational growth.Summary of Roles and *Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, job analysis, and consultation with managers.Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and materials for new hires and existing employees.Maintain training schedules, track completion rates, and document employee participation.Update training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with department leads, and subject matter experts to support company-wide learning initiatives.Ensure all training activities comply with federal and state regulations, especially in highly regulated industries.Manage learning management systems (LMS) and assist with content upload, learner tracking, and reporting.Education and *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience required.2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or corporate learning and development.Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or Canva for presentations).Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.Physical *Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Why You Should Join ****Competitive Pay.Voted Best Company to Work for in UT.Hybrid work environment.Health, Vision, and Dental plan.Paid Holidays. giv.care is an equal opportunity employer.
