JOB *****Job Title : Technical Program Manager (Data Center Background preferred, only W2 ) Job Type : ContractLocation : Pryor Creek, OK (Hybrid) | Also open for candidate willing to relocate Project OverviewYou will be joining a high-impact team of one of the Fortune 500 Clients dedicated to continuous long-term improvement of data center products and processes. This is accomplished through escalation support, root cause investigations, data trend analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large sets of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and issues using SQL, JMP, or PythonCreate and maintain dashboards, charts, and visual reports to present findings clearly to stakeholdersInvestigate fleet and production issues, raise bugs, and coordinate handoffs to the appropriate partner teamsPrepare detailed reports and presentations to inform data-driven decisionsWork closely with engineering, deployment, and operations teams to gather data needs and develop action plansFilter and clean datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usabilityLead well-defined projects with minimal supervision, tracking progress, risks, and mitigationsPerform technical due diligence to define project scope, resourcing needs, and engineering milestonesConsolidate and manage information from tickets, bugs, and documents into central tracking toolsRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or a related field "” or equivalent practical experience5+ years of program management experienceStrong experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python+Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence across teamsProven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects in technical environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in or supporting a data center environmentBackground in managing large, complex technical projectsFamiliarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processesBenefits :Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savingsLife and disability insuranceAccident & critical illness coverageLegal and employee assistance programs (EAP)Pet, auto, and home insuranceDiscounts with preferred vendors
