Role **The Equipment Sales Technician is responsible for driving new business development and customer acquisition, primarily in the Southern California region, Remote options available. This position supports sales growth in commercial and industrial markets through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and technical product knowledge. The role offers a hybrid local/remote structure with a strong commission incentive.Key *Prospect and convert new customers in commercial/industrial marketsAnalyze market trends to identify new business opportunitiesRepresent IAS at industry trade shows and eventsUse Salesforce CRM to track and manage pipelineCollaborate with Sales Leadership to achieve goalsTravel locally as needed to visit clients and job sites*Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with technical or industrial productsStrong problem-solving and customer engagement skillsAbility to independently generate and qualify leadsFamiliarity with water treatment equipment (filtration, UV, pumps, automation) is a plusValid drivers license requiredBachelors degree preferred but not requiredCompensation & *Base salary + commission401(k) with 4% company matchHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off and holidaysFull-time exempt (Monday-Friday) with occasional overtimeIdeal ****A self-starter who thrives in a consultative sales role, enjoys working with innovative technical products, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.
