Director of Physical Therapy

JOB DESCRIPTIONA client of Insight Global is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist passionate about patient care and ready to oversee clinical operations. You will treat patients and manage Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) across multiple locations. ***** - Evaluate and treat neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions using various therapies. - Hire, onboard, train, and manage PTs and PTAs. - Conduct strength, range of motion, and circulatory efficiency assessments. - Educate patients and caregivers on mobility aids and adaptive equipment. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations. - Work with referring physicians and support staff to ensure optimal care.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy - PT License in CO in good standing - Leadership experience - 1 year clinical experienceNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Doctorate degree
