We partner with retailers through private labeling while also growing our GO brand products to help drive our mission and promote sustainability in the consumer product industry.Job Summary:This position is responsible for driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by performing activities to ensure quality and compliance with applicable requirements. These activities include reviewing production documents and data, conducting investigations into customer complaints and maintaining quality databases. The position requires an ability to manage a quality system and organization.Duties/ Responsibilities:· Track and investigate customer/product complaints or issues, analyzing causes and recommendation of corrective actions· Investigation and writing of non-conformances· Organize and manage the retention of all quality records· Work with the Quality Assurance team on the development of SOPs or other quality documents as needed· Update production procedures, batch record review/approval, deviations, change controls· Perform Quality Improvement Audits for continuous improvement of the quality systems in place· Assists with the implementation and support of quality systems, including but not limited to training, internal audit program, and compliance with cGMP· Monthly Metric Reporting· Performing risk assessments and gap analysis· Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of quality compliance team· Effectively performs duties, on schedule, with accuracy and competency· Performs all other related duties as required and assignedEssential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:· Strong understanding of quality systems, statistical process control/tools, structured problem solving and continuous improvement concepts and practices· Ability to interact positively, professionally and with a sense of urgency with customers, employees, and vendors· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment· Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis and decision-making abilities· Proven record of process improvement and execution· Familiarity with consumer packaging systems and materials· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers· Knowledge of Plant Quality Systems related to SOP's, work instructions and CGMP· Solid critical thinking skills and ability to create new, innovative ways to handle the quality function· Employing strong organizational skillsCredentials/Experience:· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, or field related to quality in manufacturing· 5+ years' experience in QA compliance with supervisory experience· Knowledge of standard practices related to quality complianceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
