Meat Slicing Room Team LeaderLocation: Green Bay, WisconsinSchedule: 1st Shift, Friday-Tuesday, 5:00 AM Start (8-10 hour shifts)Pay: $17.95/hourJoin Our Team and Lead with Purpose!We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Team Leader to guide day-to-day operations in our Meat Slicing Room. This role plays a key part in ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality. If you're an organized, detail-oriented leader with a background in food production or manufacturing, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Oversee the slicing team and daily schedule"”no overproduction, just precision.Ensure meats are sliced to the correct weight and adjust as needed.Maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace.Track and report waste by protein type.Stage and deliver meat and cheese to production lines accurately.Communicate protein needs or shortages to the Production Supervisor.Accurately complete daily paperwork and logs.Enforce and uphold food safety, quality, and GMP standards.Set the tone by leading through example and teamwork.What You Bring:Ability to read and follow daily production schedules.Comfortable using tablets or basic digital tools.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.Experience in food production or meat slicing is preferred.Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus.Physical Requirements:Able to stand for the entire shift (6-9 hours).Lift/move up to 40 lbs regularly.Frequent bending, reaching, and manual work required.Work performed in a refrigerated/cold environment with machinery noise.Why Join Us?This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills while working in a team-focused, safety-first environment.
