The mobile dental unit provides services throughout all service areas.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Dental Director located in Montgomery, AL. The Dental Director will be responsible for overseeing dental services managing the dental team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care. The Dental Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve dental care services.QualificationsDoctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DDM)Dental Care, Dentistry, and Endodontics skillsExperience in training and managing a dental teamAbility to develop and implement strategic plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in working in a community health setting is a plus
