Every client is assigned a Client Advocate to quarterback and champion our clients specific business needs across our portfolio of different services. Each service area, whether its business insurance, workers"‹ compensation management, disaster recovery, safety, personal insurance or human resources management, has its own practice leader who also works directly with clients on those specific issues.Group Benefits Client Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:Represent the Agency in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner consistent with the Agency imageDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to retain businessReceive and return calls in a professional, timely and courteous manner, providing a positive client experience Manage the client and employee email inboxDocument each customer interaction in the agency management systemEnter data into the agency management system as needed for each clientProcess enrollments and terminations on the carrier portalMaintain confidentiality of company and client informationAll other duties, responsibilities or activities as assigned by managementQualifications:High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferredActive Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License, or the willingness to obtain the licenseProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with an agency management system, preferably Applied Epic, and Employee Navigator a plusActive desire to pursue learning through educationDemonstrate persistence and ability to overcome obstaclesSelf-motivated to set and achieve goalsAbility to manage one's own timeEffectively organize, plan, and prioritize workloadAbility to take direction and work both independently and as part of a teamStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to listen and speak effectively to othersHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (In Office Schedule)Office Location: 60 W.
