Digital Content Managers are responsible for creating and managing compelling digital content across various platforms. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the entire marketing spectrum to elevate the brand, drive Guest engagement, and increase market share. Position FunctionsEssential Functions:Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.Demonstrate expertise in setting up and optimizing Google Search campaigns.Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards while safeguarding confidential information.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital content strategies to enhance awareness of Company offerings and engage key audiences effectively.Manage and execute various digital marketing campaigns across multiple mediums (social, display, web, search, etc.), ensuring they align with the company's brand and objectives.Possess design skills to assist in creating visual elements for campaigns. Work with existing design templates and tools to produce visually appealing content.Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy including but not limited to casino events, promotions, and other special highlights.Utilize data analytics to inform content strategies and campaign adjustments. Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track success.Demonstrate proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM and email, marketing databases, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Deliver impactful marketing messages and promotions that stem from a deep understanding of the Guests' preferences and behaviors, leveraging this insight.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies fully integrate with business objectives, delivering a consistent and cohesive brand message across all channels.Report regularly on digital marketing activities and campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Leadership.Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and industry best practices and assess the potential integration of innovative solutions to enhance marketing initiatives and Guest experience.Other duties as assigned. Core Management CompetenciesLead and manage Team Members and processes while overseeing and directing daily department operations.Serve as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures while responsible for all department compliance. Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations for Shift Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members. Lead, maintain, and foster timely communication, teamwork, and collaboration within their scope of responsibility.Recruit, train, and motivate Shift Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members effectively regulating department headcounts and turnover rates.Aid in drafting, creating, and updating policies and procedures under the guidance of Leadership. Assist in budget creation, meeting revenue targets, managing expenses effectively, and ensuring adherence to annual budgetary limitations.Oversee and lead employment terminations. SkillsDemonstrate strong listening and communication skills.Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking.Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance.Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards. Demonstrate a strong mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others.Provide exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a fantastic experience for all. Build lasting relationships by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and effective communication.Drive to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair.Have knowledge of influencers.QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years in a marketing role with a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns.Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments, landing page optimization, and user funnel optimization.Have solid experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.Have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords and other digital advertising platforms.Proficiency in creative design with experience using Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with web development teams.
