The company is known for its consistent growth, operational stability, and a workplace culture that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionThis is an on-site, team-based role that focuses on resolving credit balances in a high-volume healthcare billing environment. You will handle outbound calls and process adjustments to ensure accurate and timely resolution of overpayments.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and resolve credit balance accounts, ensuring validity and accuracy.Make outbound calls to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys regarding refund requests.Process adjustments due to posting errors, write-offs, or rate changes.Ensure compliance with payer contracts and overpayment regulations.QualificationsProficiency in Excel.Experience in a credit balance or healthcare billing environment preferred.Strong attention to detail and understanding of payer processes.Familiarity with claims processing, coordination of benefits, and overpayment regulations.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
