About the **We are hiring a dependable and compassionate Residential Technician (RADT) to support day-to-day operations and client care within our facility. Our goal is to provide stabilization, alleviate withdrawal symptoms, and prepare clients for long-term recovery through therapy, structure, and continued care.Key *Supervise and support residents in their daily activitiesConduct regular room checks and maintain facility safety protocolsMonitor client behavior and document observations accuratelyEscort clients to groups, appointments, and recreational activitiesAssist with client admissions, discharges, and urinalysis screeningsCommunicate client needs or incidents promptly to the clinical teamUphold facility rules, boundaries, and confidentialityMaintain cleanliness of the residential environmentRequired *Current California RADT registration (in good standing)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to stay calm and professional in crisis situationsReliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shiftsValid California drivers license, provide evidence of vehicle insurance, and be insurable under the company's insurance policy.Preferred **6+ months of experience working in a substance use treatment settingCPR/First Aid certificationFamiliarity with recovery principles and trauma-informed careBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
