Location: McKinney, TXPosition ** 12 Months Contract (Possible extension)Job ** - Production WorkersJob **Client is seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team.In this role, youll be responsible for precision assembly of electronic components in a cleanroom environment.Success in this position requires hand/finger dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handlingUse of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipmentFollow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)Log nonconformances and perform necessary reworkComplete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systemsUp to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturingAbility to read engineering drawings and follow proceduresProficiency in basic math and computer useStrong time management and multitasking skillsDesired *Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing Soldering to Military or ANSI/J standardsFamiliarity with microelectronic assembly and inspectionStrong focus on quality and teamworkSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset****High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus)
