Quality Control Manager

They strongly believe in promoting from within and offer exceptional growth opportunity.Experience in the construction industry and/or with building materials is highly preferred, and will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!* $155,000 OTE ($135-142K base + 10% targeted bonus + company car [Suburban])What You Will *On-site role, responsible for overseeing Quality Control processes within the production facility. Ensure that materials, designs, and finished products comply with company specifications, industry regulations, and customer requirements.Supervise and lead the QC team (lab technicians and field quality control techs); train personnel on procedures, testing methods and best practices. Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, product mixes and finished products. Troubleshoot quality issues; implement any required corrective actions Manage QC documentation, accurate records of test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports.Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issuesWork to continuously improve the quality management systems and processes.Education and Work *at least 4 years of US Military experience requiredStrongly required: good understanding of chemistry and mathProficiency in Quality Management Systems and Practices, and Process Improvement required** Bachelors degree (preferably technical [Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field]) Experience in the construction industry and/or with building materials is highly preferred (product sampling, testing, etc.)Must have solid Training & Management experience; ability to work independently and manage a team on-siteTitle: Quality Control ManagerLocation: Milwaukee WIClient Job ID: 510730677
