This is a high-impact, hands-on role with executive visibility and the chance to shape culture and performance across a rapidly scaling platform.Why You Should Explore This **Growth Mode- Significant capital investment is fueling expansion, including plans for a new facility.Strategic Influence- Report directly to executive leadership and guide operational strategy across all locations.Cultural Leadership- Build high-performing, empowered teams with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability.Modern Infrastructure- Work with well-capitalized, technology-forward production facilities.Key *• Lead and scale operations across multiple plastics manufacturing sites.• Drive performance improvements in throughput, uptime, quality, and cost.• Champion employee engagement, retention, and development at all levels.• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, equipment investments, and operational KPIs.• Play a key role in launching a new greenfield facility, from concept to execution.What We're Looking ***• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience in plastics manufacturing.• Proven success overseeing multi-site operations and large-scale teams.• Experience managing P&L or operational responsibility for $500M+ in annual revenue.• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, CI, and performance metrics.• Hands-on leadership style"”you're present on the floor and in tune with your teams.• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Plastics, Chemical, or related field (Master's preferred).• Six Sigma or equivalent certification is a plus.This position is based in Southern Wisconsin and requires full on-site presence. Candidates must either reside locally or be willing to relocate. This is not a hybrid or remote role.*
