***** 12 Months**Onsite/remote/** OnsiteJob DescriptionConduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectivesDeliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectivesConduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performancePerform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills ***** Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy training requirementConduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customizes learning programs, courses, presentations and guidesEmphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training providedMaintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policiesPerform individual and group assessments, and recommend process and performance improvementsConduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructorsUnderstand regulations and standards, ensure delivery of courseware complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specificationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing supportExperience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialistExperience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculumExperience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawingsPreferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certification(s)Experience with Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, Systems, etc.Experience as a mechanic working with structural, mechanical, electrical, or other systemsExperience in the following ***** Electrician/Structure/Wing/Spar Assembly, Needs Assessment and Job AnalysisAbout US Tech **US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
