There is unlimited room for career growth through on-site, factory-approved, computer-based and classroom training (to include training on forklift repair, if you can bring a solid Mechanical background to the table!)Role is 90% in the field with real-time troubleshooting - local travel only, home nightly* $26.00-32.00/hour base (+ OT, company vehicle + gas card, $2,500 interest-free tool loan. ** potential $2k quarterly bonus ($8k annual), quarterly safety bonus, pay increase as you get certified on equipment.)What You Will **Diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of industrial equipment. Perform maintenance on newer battery-powered equipment, as well as traditional diesel and gasoline industrial machinery; conduct diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot issues. Interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals related to forklifts and other various construction equipment. Will conduct preventative maintenance and inspections; address any issues as needed. Communicate repair needs, provide estimates, and explain completed work to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure satisfaction and work with professionalism at all times.
