The Company is dedicated to building a diverse environment and has an unwavering commitment to creating a sense of belonging for all employees.The OpportunityAs a Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of our Risk Solutions Product built to service our Private Equity and Corporate clients. Strong leadership skills, a desire to drive innovation in the market and a deep understanding of the client community is required. The Product Manager must drive cross-functional success in development, support, sales, and marketing to deliver the product vision and meet organizational goals. We are looking for a confident leader that can analyze the market, manage the full product lifecycle, and effectively engage clients and stakeholders.What You'll DoWork closely with the business line leaders to define the product strategy and identify key partnerships that will drive product successAnalyze customer needs, current market trends and the competitive landscape to develop a functional roadmap that best delivers customer value and a ROI for the organizationEnsure development teams understand functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and have comprehensive user stories that support efficient feature developmentCommunicate to stakeholders and internal teams the product's story, ensuring a broad understanding of the value proposition and competitive advantageWork closely with sales on the go-to-market strategy; developing comprehensive pricing and effective marketing campaignsParticipate in client meetings and industry events, acting as the product SME and gaining critical insights into clients' business trajectories and changes in the industryQualifications10+ years of experience in product management Excellent communications skills - written, verbal, and presentation Strong background in product development lifecycle managementHighly developed direct and indirect leadership skillsData driven mindset with a strong focus on reporting skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovateUnderstanding of Private Equity fund management and portfolio company activitiesKnowledge of IRD, FX, and commodities hedging strategies are a plusPrior work experience with derivatives pricing and booking systems and/or treasury management systems are a plusBenefitsCompetitive bonus, base salary, and equity compensation40 hours of sick time18 days of PTOHybrid work environment within the USPaid parental leave401K matching at 3%Competitive health benefits including HSA and FSA options, life insurance, and short-term disabilityThe expectedsalary for this position is $175,000 to $200,000.
