Oversee internal teams, consultants, client coordination, QA/QC, and field support.Financial Ownership: Monitor project budgets, track profitability, and manage billing, change orders, and risk mitigation.Client Engagement: Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.Team Support: Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering staff, delegating tasks and ensuring cross-discipline alignment.Execution Excellence: Lead testing, turnover, and closeout phases with detail and precision.What Youll NeedBachelors degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline8+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a project management roleDeep expertise in mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, energy)Strong knowledge of MEP/FP/FA systems and construction administrationSkilled in managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and reporting abilitiesUnderstanding of safety, compliance, and quality standardsForward-thinking mindset and openness to using AI and automation toolsU.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%Perks & BenefitsFully remote work with a virtual-first team cultureCompetitive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer matchGenerous PTO, paid parental leave, and work-life flexibilityAnnual innovation bonus for high-impact ideasSupport for continued education and professional growth
