Growing property management team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager/Field Manager in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field operations, particularly within a scattered site single-family rental portfolio, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesAs an MaintenanceManager/Field Manager your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and ready for occupancy. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting property inspections, serving as an extension of the Property Manager to ensure brand and services are well represented across the portfolio.Day to **Serve as liaison between the resident experience and property services teams as needed, ensuring in-house technicians or third party vendors are on site and completing service requests to the highest standardsPerform ad-hoc Property Management functions to add additional capacity to the site teams, whether its planting marketing signage in front yards, transferring keys to tenants or ensuring homes are market ready, you like spending time in the field and growing our community.Collaborate with internal Turn & Renovation team, assisting projects to minimize vacancy time.Effectively manage multiple projects across different locations and maintain detailed records of all property activities, providing regular updates to the property management team to ensure the portfolio is operating efficiently.Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and team members.**High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management, property management, or a related field are a plusAt least two years of experience in field operations, construction management, or property management, preferably with single-family rental propertiesValid drivers license and reliable transportationStrong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple properties in different locationsFamiliarity with property maintenance and repair processes, including knowledge of local building codes and regulationsProficiency in using property management and scheduling softwareExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
