ThrIVe Drip Spa is a lifestyle wellness spa that specializes in IV Vitamin Therapy and Cryotherapy.  Spa Consultants are key to the success of ThrIVe Drip Spa. As a Spa Consultant, you ***** handle client interactions, perform daily operations and support the staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with a strong and positive work ethic.Main Job Duties· Provide information and education to clients on Spa services · Provide a high-level service to clients · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and friendliness · Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival · Create, manage client profiles, and ensure we have all proper documentation· Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships · Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed · Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture, and appearance Requirements• Must have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude • Work well under pressure, enjoy new challenges, growth opportunities, and want to be part of an organization that builds and promotes its people • Develop the skills required to complete the sales process • Client service experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualities Needed for Success· Customer Service Skills · Organizational Skills · Be a high energy employee that can switch tasks frequently · Attention to detail · Ability to fill out documentation records as needed in a timely fashion · Ability to work in a safe manner and obey company policies
