Construction Superintendent

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. We provide our Construction Superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operation of construction projectEnsure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followedManage subcontractors and construction site organizationWork in partnership with PM to maintain an updated an accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status, and that meets the cost and time requirements of the projectDemonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the projectQualifications5 years of field experienceAbility to read construction documentsFamiliarity with regulatory construction standardsStrong experience in base building projects.Salary$120,000 - $150,000Benefits401kGas AllowanceProject BonusHealth and Medical InsuranceEmployee engagement events
