In-House Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is assisting a well-established company in Milwaukee is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their in-house legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with three in-house attorneys and one trusted outside counsel partner. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, with a proven ability to manage high-volume transactions, conduct title and survey reviews, and support all phases of commercial property deals.Salary ***** $60,000 - $85,000 (Depending on Experience)Job ***** Full-Time | On-SiteKey **Draft, review, and revise a variety of commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, amendments, and closing bindersPerform and coordinate title and survey reviews, including identifying and resolving exceptions and preparing summariesAssist attorneys in all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from initial due diligence to closingOrganize and maintain transactional files and electronic databasesConduct UCC searches and filingsCoordinate with outside counsel, title companies, and other third partiesMonitor deadlines and manage document delivery schedules5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in an in-house or corporate legal departmentStrong knowledge of real estate law, title and survey processes, and closing proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervisionParalegal certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies preferredWhy Apply?Competitive salary within the $60K-$85K range, based on experienceStable in-house legal environment with a work hard play hard balance!
