Together, our companies offer a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where culinary and service professionals can thrive.Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-onVice President of Food & Beverage (F&B) to oversee all culinary and service operations across our three properties. This executive role leadsfive on-site kitchens,two seasonal outlets, andall front-of-house (FOH) food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless coordination between culinary teams and guest service professionals.This position oversees a leadership team of7 outlet operating managers, their assistant managers, their corresponding kitchens' teams, and 90 hourly associates, ensuring consistent leadership, team development, and accountability at every level of the F&B operation.The VP of F&B will report to company leadership and work collaboratively with executive chefs, outlet managers, and directors to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences that exceed guest expectations and drive profitability.The position isnotresponsible for our tasting room operations which are separately managed by our Direct to Consumer team. Although some coordination will be required the position isnotresponsible for Special Events operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all F&B operations across Ponte Winery, BOTTAIA Winery, and Ponte Vineyard Inn, including five kitchens and two seasonal outlets.Provide strategic leadership to bothBack of House (BOH) andFront of House (FOH) teams, ensuring alignment between culinary output and guest service standards.Lead and develop a 100+ person team across multiple outlets and service types.Establish and uphold exceptional levels ofguest service and hospitality, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, consistency, and brand integrity.Drive menu innovation, beverage program development, and service training across all F&B teams.Manage labor and food costs and develop scalable systems for operational efficiency.Oversee seasonal staffing strategies and operational readiness for high-volume periods.Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on long-term business strategy, capital improvements, and company-wide initiatives.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.Foster a service-oriented, high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in multi-unit food & beverage operations, including FOH and BOH oversight.Demonstrated success managing large, multi-layered teams across different venues and service formats.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and P&L oversight.Experience managing seasonal operations and fluctuating guest volume.Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and creating exceptional guest experiences.Knowledge of wine service and wine country hospitality preferred.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.Work Schedule:Full-time, exempt positionMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredCompensation Package:Base Salary$135,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience and qualificationsAnnual BonusUp to 25% of base salary, based on performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, financial targets, team development, and innovationBenefits Per Company Plan Details:Medical, Dental, Vision401k Matching PlanLife InsuranceHospital Confinement PlanPet Insurance3 Weeks of PTO2 paid Holidays (Thanksgiving + Christmas) + 6 Floating HolidaysThe terms and conditions associated with each Benefit are outlined in the Associate Handbook, additional documentation provided by Human Resources, or within the policies of the carriers providing the benefitsAdditional Perks:Professional development stipend for industry events, training, or certificationsRelocation assistance, if applicableMileage reimbursement or monthly vehicle allowance, if regular travel between properties is requiredComplimentary or discounted dining and wine club privileges across company outletsOptional wellness stipend or access to wellness programsCompany Standards:Understand the Ponte Values, and Service Standards.Ensure the safety of guests and associates.Follow the environmental standards set by the CompanyTreat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.Exhibit integrity (honesty and truthfulness).Perform any other duties as required by your Manager.
