Your role involves building and improving the companys administrative and human resources management systems, ensuring the efficient and orderly daily operations of the company. Additionally, you will coordinate communication between the Chinese and American teams to promote the steady development of the companys business in the US.Responsibilities Administrative Section Administrative Management: Oversee the entire process of office space, equipment, and asset management, and formulate administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and control costs.Administrative Affairs Coordination: Build a communication bridge for administrative matters between China and the US, handle cross - border administrative differences, and ensure the companys operations comply with the regulations and cultures of both countries. Administrative Reception: Take charge of the companys visitor reception and the planning and execution of internal meetings and events to present a good corporate image. Human Resources Section Onboarding and Training: Lead the full - process recruitment of local employees in the US, establish an onboarding training system for new employees, and evaluate and optimize its effectiveness. Attendance Management: Establish and maintain a compliant attendance system, and collect and analyze attendance data to provide a basis for salary calculation and performance evaluation. Employee Relations Management: Manage employee files throughout their employment cycle, handle employee relations matters, and optimize the compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.Requirements A bachelors degree or above in human resources, administration, or related management majors. Comprehensive Qualities: Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, certain organizational coordination and problem - solving skills, adaptability to business trips and overseas work environments, and a willingness to actively learn advanced human resources management experience from the Chinese headquarters. An open - minded attitude, a willingness to embrace new things, and an openness to Chinese culture. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, etc.
