Job Description

LHH is searching for a Customer Support Coordinator for our local Manufacturing client. This role offers a hybrid schedule after a probationary period!Job **Efficiently manage all forms of communication, including new job requests, incoming contracts, and signed proposals.Evaluate service and installation requests, gather necessary information from various departments, vendors, and service providers to create and submit proposals.Assist in the bidding process for new customer accounts under the guidance of senior management.Enter and maintain orders in the ERP system (SAP)Consistently follow up with installers/service providers and customer contacts throughout the job duration to ensure satisfactory completion.Order necessary parts through SAP or the Purchasing Department as required.Maintain comprehensive job filesPrepare documentation to facilitate billing upon job completion.Maintain professional and friendly phone interactions with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective communication.**High school diploma or equivalent required.Two or more years of customer service or call center experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP strongly desired.Please apply for more information!
