With a focus on custom fabrication projects, we are looking for a sheet metal fabrication and machining professional who is skilled at CNC Laser Programming to step into a Project Manager role with strong growth potential.The Project Manager will be responsible for:As a Project Manager for our custom fabrication job shop, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include:Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality control) for seamless project delivery.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspections to maintain our high standards.Logistics & Expediting: Oversee logistics, manage shipping schedules, and expedite materials and processes to meet project deadlines.Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.Design: Apply strong design skills for flat patternsThe Ideal Project Manager will have a strong Fabrication Supervisory background or Engineering Expertise!Ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Laser Programming: Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and software for laser cutting operations, generating flat patterns, and experience with press brakes.Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical 3D drawings, models, and specifications.
