Accountabilities also include ensuring that jobs meet quality specifications, manufacturing standards and that safety procedures are followed while working to continuously improve quality and productivity of manufacturing operations.Location: Fitchburg, WIPay: $20.00 - $21.17Shift:Schedule for Days: 6AM-6PM,12-hour shifts, 4 days one week and 3 days the next week (3-2 schedule) Overtime is AvailableSchedule for Nights: 6PM-6AM,12-hour shifts, 4 days one week and 3 days the next week (3-2 schedule) Overtime is AvailableBenefits:Direct Hire opportunityBenefits package401kPTOThese individuals can advance in their profession and acquire other internal roles.Job Description of the Warehouse Machine Operator:Machine OperationSet- up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts and implement solution to complex process problems.Understand and apply principles to operate machinery and equipment independently.Ensure maximum efficiency of machine set-up.Inspect and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machinery, equipment, and facility.Assist with development of new product and processes.Train new operating and packaging technicians.Ensure part quality meets established standards and identify issues that adversely affect product requirements and communicate with the appropriate departments.Perform housekeeping duties.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.Complete all shift documentationShift hand offs - go over job status and updates with incoming shifts.Follow all established safety procedures.Participate in safety programs.Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment.ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
