Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is now hiring a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) to partner with a leading behavioral health services provider dedicated to patient-centered care. This direct hire opportunity offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to be a part of a mission-driven clinical team.What You'll Be Doing:You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality, ethical, and person-centered ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. As a QBHP, you will:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and document within the Flatrock Information Network (FIN)Secure all required consents and ensure documentation complianceDesign and implement Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessmentsProvide in-service training for implemented behavior plansContinually assess new and current residents per policy guidelinesDeliver hands-on staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, coping skills, and structured routinesCollaborate with the treatment team and clinical leaders to resolve concerns and refine treatment strategiesParticipate in interdisciplinary meetings, including case reviews and planning sessionsConsult with medical professionals to coordinate care plans and medication strategiesModel best practices and monitor day-to-day program executionSubmit documentation for BCBA approval and remain compliant with agency and clinical protocolsPromote a positive, empowering culture while advocating for the rights and well-being of every residentWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (Required)Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or meet BACB guidelines for QBHP eligibilityAt least 1 year of experience providing ABA services in a clinical or residential settingStrong communication and documentation skillsTeam-player mentality with a compassionate, ethical approach to careWhy You'll Love This Role:Direct hire with long-term stability and opportunity to growA collaborative work culture where your voice mattersAbility to influence care outcomes and improve quality of life for residentsTrauma-informed and person-centered workplaceLet's shape lives together.
