Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Job ** Full-Time / Part-TimeAbout the CompanyBrightview Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team providing in-home ABA therapy. At Brightview, we are committed to empowering children and supporting families through personalized, evidence-based care that makes a real difference.About the RoleAs a BCBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services provided in home-based settings. You will also support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progressDevelop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTsAnalyze data and implement treatment modifications as neededCollaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistencyEnsure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelinesMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldBoard Certification (BCBA) in good standingRequired **Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plansAbility to supervise and support clinical staff effectivelyStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesReliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homesPreferred *Prior experience in home-based ABA settingsFamiliarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., CentralReach)Bilingual abilities a plusPay Range and Compensation *$75,000 - $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Flexible schedule with remote administrative workHealth benefits, paid time off, and professional development supportBonus opportunities and mileage reimbursementEqual Opportunity ****Brightview Care is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse, inclusive workplace.
