Regional Director Operations - Skilled Nursing & LTCSalary - $170k-190k + bonusGastonia, North CarolinaMust Have - Skilled nursing/Long-term care experience as RDO Redford Hearth are retained to fill a Regional Director of Operations position to cover Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care facilities in North Carolina.We are assisting an established provider of Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care and Rehabilitation services. The company operate around 60 facilities across 5 states and are still growing rapidly each year.You as the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) are responsible for corporate oversight of a region of 7 assigned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisting the Administrators with the overall operations, and adhering to all state and federal regulations. This position holds responsibility for Skilled Nursing Facilities in and around Gastonia.
