Candidate should have excellent communication and documentation skills.RequirementsPass a Background CheckHolds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.Benefits (Full-Time Employees)EAPFlexible SchedulePhysical DemandsThe employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
