** Sterling Medical Incirlik Air Base, TurkeyOn-Call Required | Relocation & Travel Benefits IncludedPosition **Sterling Medical is seeking a qualified Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate (DAVA) to join our team in support of military personnel and their families stationed at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The DAVA plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, support, and advocacy of individuals impacted by domestic abuse, providing 24/7 response and continuous risk assessment to ensure their well-being.Key *Provide 24/7 crisis response via emergency phone (provided).Establish and maintain individualized victim safety plans in collaboration with treatment teams.Conduct ongoing risk assessments; escalate concerns to appropriate authorities as needed.Partner with mental health professionals and law enforcement when imminent risk is identified.Support involved children's safety and well-being, coordinating care as necessary.Continuously monitor and report changes in victim circumstances.Compensation & *Annual * $60,000Roundtrip flight for employee and authorized dependentsShipment of household goods (up to 5,000 lbs. if relocating with family)Shipment of one privately owned vehicleOn-call availability requiredPlease * Tuition assistance is not provided under this contractMinimum ****Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field2+ years of experience providing advocacy services for victims of domestic abuse or sexual assaultWillingness to obtain the Basic Advocate Credential (Comprehensive Intervention Specialist) within 6 months of hire, as approved by the National Advocate Credentialing Program (NACP)
