We are currently seeking a Workday HCM Payroll Analyst (Comp/Benefits) with one of our healthcare clients due growth. We offer competitive compensation packages including full health, dental and vision insurance, 401k and PTO.Job Responsibilities:Oversee the administration and upkeep of Workday Time and Payroll modules, including implementing updates, system configurations, and performance improvements.Partner with HR Functional Leads, HR Business Partners, IT, and Finance to enhance system capabilities, integrations, and data analytics.Gather stakeholder input and align with emerging HR trends to develop actionable system improvements, maintaining a module-specific product backlog.Actively contribute to ongoing Workday HCM enhancement initiatives, project support, and upgrade efforts.Manage monthly release cycles, ensuring all deliverables are met and documented in accordance with SoX/SDLC requirements.Track and resolve HRIS support cases within the defined service level agreements (SLAs).Work with business users to validate solutions, complete configurations, and execute deployments.Provide support or troubleshooting for Workday HCM features, reports, integrations, and system enhancements.Requirements:This individual must be highly motivated, able to multitask and able to work in a fast paced IT environment. Qualified candidates must be able to self direct while working with others.Other requirements of the role include:Minimum 5 years of Workday HCM implementation experience. 3+ years of experience in Time and Payroll module experience is required. Talent, Learning, and Compensation are preferred modules where hands on experience in enabling solutions, troubleshooting issues expected.Minimum 2 years of experience in building and troubleshooting Workday Integrations. Experienced in managing HCM Product backlogs, prioritizing based on business justifications and assigning releases.Experience in Benefits, Talent Optimization, Payroll and Time TrackingNice to have:Healthcare experienceMedix - Positively Impacting LivesFeatured on such prestigious lists as Inc.
