Youll shape customer strategy, streamline implementation, and be the voice of the customer internally to inform product and process improvements.You must **Proven experience in customer success, implementation, or clinical support within the breast imaging or ultrasound spaceStrong understanding of the clinical landscape, including workflows and challenges in breast cancer screening or diagnosticsExperience in a start-up/start-up environment or a desire to build from the ground upExceptional relationship management and communication skillsA passion for delivering real impact in womens health through technologyPlease ** this is a hybrid, field-based role.
