Come join our field sales team as a Veterinary Diagnostic Sales Specialist.Location/Assigned Territory: Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, ColoradoIdeally, the candidate will live in Arizona near Phoenix or greater area of Phoenix. This is a field sales role which requires extensive daily travel within this territory - if you don't reside within this territory, your resume won't be considered.Who we areBionote has a long history as a leading research and development company in the animal health diagnostic field. Headquartered in Minnesota, the Bionote USA team works with veterinarians and medical professionals around the world.Bionote USA offers the veterinary industry the ability to elevate their practices through affordable and/or new technology options. Our flagship product is the Vcheck F- the V200- a fully quantitative europium immunoassay fluorescent analyzer- that has 17 biomarker tests on its expansive menu, including industry exclusives. Additionally, Bionote USA offers canine heartworm testing, and this year will be introducing an entirely new line of analyzers for the veterinary lab space. We work with veterinary professionals who have various hours, so we try to accommodate this changing dynamic in our own schedules. Yes, this is a full-time position, but you will need to be flexible to get what needs to be done when your customer is available. However, this is also an added benefit, as you create the schedule that works best for you, your potential customers, and their business needs. For our work environment to remain flexible and effective, it requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a person of trustworthy character because you will be building your schedule and territory while representing our Bionote brand. While you will work mostly on your own once trained, you will work closely with remote colleagues, and report to a small internal team. You will report directly to our US Sales Manager, or a regional manager, as assigned, depending upon your territory.What You Need To Succeed:Proven sales experience in the veterinary sales market or medical device sales is required.A reliable vehicle, a valid drivers license, and your own car insurance are required for this position.College degree in the fields of biology, animal science, or related preferred.Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and general, but proficient computer navigation).Familiarity with and ability to quickly learn, if needed, new skills such as the use of iPhone capabilities and the use of apps for communication and reporting.Basic professional writing skills and effective and professional verbal communication skills are a must.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.Ability to multi-task, while meeting sales goals and business needs.Other important things to know:You need a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers license, and your own car insurance.As we hire, territories may change a bit (we won't require you to move), and we may ask you to adapt to include a new area or a condensed area, consider additional job assignments such as leadership, mentoring, training, or other responsibilities based upon your skill sets and aptitude, as part of the team.This position offers:Base salary, plus the opportunity for uncapped quarterly commissionsMonthly Car allowance plus mileage reimbursementComprehensive and generous benefits:Multiple Medical PlansDental & Vision PlansBasic Life Insurance/AD&DShort-term and long-term Disability401K Employee Retirement Plan with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysA team, yet an independent working environmentEEO StatementBionote USA Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
