With a commitment to excellence and a strong reputation in the industry, we are seeking an experienced and driven Estimator to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding results.Position *We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape/Hardscape Estimator with proven experience in commercial construction. This role is responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, and working closely with our operations team to secure and execute profitable projects.Key *Review and interpret civil, landscape, structural and architectural drawings and specificationsPerform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for landscape, irrigation, and hardscape scopesSolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotesPrepare and submit complete bid packages for public and private projectsCoordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and leadership during the preconstruction phaseParticipate in pre-bid meetings and job walks as neededAssist in project handoffs and cost-tracking post-awardMaintain historical pricing and project cost database3+ years of experience in landscape and hardscape estimating (commercial focus required)Proficient in reading construction documents and performing detailed take-offsStrong understanding of industry materials, installation practices, and equipmentExperience with estimating software (e.g., Aspire, Bluebeam, Excel-based takeoffs)Excellent math, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple bids under tight deadlinesStrong communication and negotiation skills***Background in field operations, project management, or site supervision a plusExperience with OST software and project management platformsWhy Join Meadows Landscapes?Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesOpportunity to join a team-oriented company with a strong track record and aggressive growth plansLeadership that values your input and supports career growthHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidays and PTO
