Assists in customer's requests for information, including part numbers, freight quotes, tracking information, product lead times, literature, and manuals. Processes RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests from customers for warranty claims on defective parts. Track RMA's and contact the customer to assist in the return shipment of the part. Notifies the Quality Dept. of important complaints for trending using the appropriate forms in our process.
