This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit, professional environment and has a strong background in legal administrative support, particularly in the areas of probate and trust administration, estate planning, and asset protection planning for nursing home residents.Your ***** As a Paralegal, you **Administer estates through probate, including knowledge of probate procedures, timelines, and forms.Prepare and manage legal documents related to the administration of decedent's estates.Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney.Assist with Medicaid planning and complete applications for Medicaid.Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and client files.Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies in a professional and timely manner.Your ** To excel in this role, you *****5+ years of experience working in a law office (required)Experience with probate, trust administration, and estate planning (required)Degree or certification in Paralegal Studies (strongly preferred)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software (knowledge of Estate Assist is a plus)Apply Now!
