Teamwork, organization, and customer service are crucial to this role. Provide legal support to attorneys Prepare Probate Pleadings Track inventory and distribution of assets Knowledge of IRS Forms Recording documents and deeds with courts, E-Filing Proofread all documents and correspondence for accuracy Enter time and print reports as requested Heavy Dictation Maintaining clients files including preparing documents for signings Daily communication with clients in a professional manner Filing wills in appropriate counties, ensuring proper docketing and timely filing of all tax returns and court papers Communicating with governmental agencies, accountants/advisors, financial institutions and other relevant third parties regarding the administration of trusts, estates, and guardianships*** Efficient, fast learner, detail-oriented Personable, professional, and dependable with good phone skills Experience with HotDocs program is a plus but not required•Hands-on experience in a legal officeInterested in hearing more?
