Senior PlannerWe have an immediate opening for a Senior Planner in our Land Development Planning & Entitlement Department. This role involves managing complex planning projects, including General Plans, Housing Elements, and Specific Plans, while balancing community, economic, and environmental needs. As a Senior Planner, you will lead by example, ensuring high standards of creativity and collaboration, and promoting a positive image our company. Salary range: $83,200 - $133,200Responsibilities:Prepare and manage complex planning documentsManage project schedules, communication, deliverables, and financial successDevelop professional knowledge through various assignmentsApply current planning techniques and proceduresTrain and develop planning staffLead community engagement effortsAssist in preparing RFPsPursue AICP certifications or similar qualificationsRequirements:Experience in preparing, managing, and presenting complex planning documentsKnowledge of public agency standards and guidelinesAbility to interact with developers, public officials, and citizensStrong problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with planning techniques and proceduresDemonstrated leadership abilitiesExcellent interpersonal, written, and public speaking skillsBachelors or Masters degree in Urban Planning, Land Use Design, or Public AdministrationMinimum 3 days in-office (Riverside)#IND1
