This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead, drive sales, and manage operations in our private senior living facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in assisted living, independent living, managed care, and hospitality sectors. They will also be skilled in sales strategy, team management, sales presentations, customer relationship management, communication, sales process, and profit maximization.Why join us? Provide strong leadership and manage all aspects of the senior living community, including assisted living, independent living, and managed care facilities.2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and maximize profits.3. Lead and supervise a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.4. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients, demonstrating the benefits and value of our senior living communities.5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the community, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.6. Oversee the customer relationship management process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.7. Monitor and manage the financial performance of the community, implementing strategies to optimize profitability.8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to senior living communities.9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and services.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the senior living or hospitality industry.3. Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and processes.4. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a variety of audiences.6. Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.7. Solid understanding of financial management principles and profit maximization strategies.8. Knowledge of the regulatory environment of senior living communities.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.11.
