Provide comprehensive tax planning and preparation of Trust and Estate tax returns.2. Review and manage staff deliverables including tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations for high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates.3. Research complex tax issues and provide solutions.4. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing timely feedback and guidance to help them reach their professional goals.5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing their expectations and delivering excellent customer service.6. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure all compliance matters are managed effectively.7. Collaborate with internal and external parties to manage and coordinate tax audits.8. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients.9. Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners in proposal development and presentation.Qualifications:1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in trust and estate tax required.3. Extensive experience with fiduciary tax and wealth planning for high net worth individuals.4. Proven leadership skills in managing client engagements and a team of tax professionals.5. Strong technical skills in accounting and review of tax services.6. Proficient in tax compliance, federal and state filings, tax research and planning.7. Exceptional client service skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to clients and team members.9. Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.10. Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.11.
