The primary responsibility of this individual is to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used to test the electrical properties of semiconductor wafers. This involves using probes and other specialized equipment to test circuits and ensure their functionality. This technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of semiconductor chips during the manufacturing process.Additional responsibilities *Prober Setup: Configure the prober and wafer for operations and enter test programsDevice Map Files: Create map files for different device types and probe analysisPerforming * Activates equipment to run trial tests and ensures correct setup.
