This role will oversee a team of associates who perform auditing and unloading functions with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. This role will also work with the site management to ensure that the operation is effective, efficient, and safe and recommend areas of improvement. SUPERVISORY ***** Supervises a team of Vendor Compliance AuditorsSupervises a team of UnloadersESSENTIAL **** Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levelsCommunicate and monitor performance metricsAssign workload to ensure efficiencyCommunicate violations and overall metrics with site leadership dailyValidate violations prior to allowing loads to leave the facilityAll aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance ManagerIdentify and recommend areas for improvement to the site management #CBCapstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment".
