The ideal candidate will focus on wage-and-hour, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters. With a large number of active cases throughout California, we are looking to add new team members immediately.Key Responsibilities:Manage active caseloads in both state and federal courtsConduct written discovery, motion drafting, oral advocacy, and depositionsParticipate in strategic case development and trial preparationCollaborate closely with a seasoned litigation team on high-impact class actionsOccasionally travel to California for critical hearings, depositions, or trials as neededRequirements:Licensed to practice law in California (preferred) or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the California Bar2-8 years of civil litigation experienceStrong experience with discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and depositionsPrior experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour litigation is highly desirableExcellent legal research and writing skillsAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a remote teamCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary ($130,000-$170,000 DOE/DOQ)401(k) planHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offRemote work flexibility with strong team supportHow to Apply: All qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
