The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who is passionate about providing high-quality legal services and solutions to our clientsWhy join us?As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited **1. Manage and oversee all aspects of estate administration, including probate, trust administration, and estate tax returns.2. Provide legal advice to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and related legal matters.3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and powers of attorney.4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as necessary.5. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide the best legal strategies for our clients.Job Details*The successful candidate must meet the following **1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate administration or a related field.4.
